JOSEPH C. DANILCZYK | COUNSEL

Joseph C. Danilczyk (“Jay”) is a native of Long Island, NY who represents clients in all kinds of disputes and business matters. He has written thousands of contracts and negotiated many complex commercial transactions. 

Mr. Danilczyk has over 25 years' experience as a legal advisor and corporate in-house counsel, and over 10 years’ experience as a civil and criminal defense litigator. He assists families with wills, trusts, estates, grants of probate and administration. His litigation and dispute resolution experience includes commercial and corporate law, contract law, toxic torts, complex construction matters, medical malpractice, property law, injunctions, estoppel, nuisance, family law, civil rights, and court ordered mediation. 

Mr. Danilczyk began his legal career with a major Wall Street Law Firm (1988-1990) as the firm’s on-site representative for class action asbestos litigation. He founded Green Circle Solutions, Inc. in NYC and was licensed for all types of environmental projects, HAZMAT operations, and terrorism response activities. Mr. Danilczyk conducted thousands of building environmental investigations, real property inspections, and construction site assessments involving EPA, DOL, NYCDOH, NYSDEC and OSHA. His clients included the NYC government, building owners, contractors, architects, engineers, hospitals, and law firms. He served as a regulatory compliance consultant, toxic tort litigation consultant and court room certified expert witness in NYS Supreme Court and NYC Housing Courts. 

Mr. Danilczyk founded Green Circle Belize Ltd. (2008) and wrote the country’s first Oil Spill Prevention and Response Plan for land based and maritime operations. He was an adjunct criminal justice and business law program professor at Galen University (2015-17). 

He has worked with numerous businesses, start-ups, retirees and expats including international relocation and immigration matters with the US Embassy Consulate. 

Mr. Danilczyk is a graduate of Lehigh University, Bachelor of Arts, Pre-Law and International Business, Brooklyn Law School, and has obtained a Norman Manley Law School Legal Education Certificate in Kingston, Jamaica. He is licensed to practice law in New York State and Belize and qualified through the British Commonwealth in the Caribbean.
