ALYSSA GRZESH | OF COUNSEL

Alyssa N. Grzesh litigates civil and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, with experience representing individuals, businesses, and property owners in complex litigation, employment matters, and real estate disputes. She counsels clients from the earliest stages of a dispute through litigation and resolution, developing practical strategies tailored to clients’ legal and business objectives.

Alyssa’s practice includes commercial and contract disputes, employment litigation, and landlord-tenant and other real estate matters. She has experience handling complex motion practice, appeals, negotiations, and settlement, and regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, risk, and dispute resolution.

In addition to her litigation practice, Alyssa is actively involved in the legal community. She serves as Executive Director of the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists and as Vice President of Programming of the Jewish Lawyers Guild. She also serves on the Executive Council of the Network of Bar Leaders and is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section.

Alyssa earned her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Wellesley College and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
